Acceptable use policy

Cana is built to help people and organizations do good work with agents. You may not use Cana to:

• Break the law or help others do so.
• Create malware, attack systems, or access systems or data without authorization.
• Harass, defraud, impersonate or deceive people, including with fake reviews or phishing.
• Generate content that exploits or harms children.
• Develop weapons capable of mass casualties.
• Make high-impact decisions about people (credit, employment, insurance, housing) without appropriate human review and legal compliance.
• Circumvent rate limits, usage policies or safety controls.

You must also comply with the usage policies of any model provider you route to through Cana. We may suspend agents or accounts that violate this policy.
